Transparent and straightforward pricing for our independent jewellery valuation and consultancy services. Our fee structure is designed to reflect the time, expertise, and care required for each individual item.
Heather Callaway Ltd operates a transparent fee structure consisting of a fixed report fee in addition to an item charge for each piece assessed. The individual item fee is determined by the nature, complexity, and value of the item being valued. Full definitions of item categories are outlined further down this page for your reference.
Report Fee
A standard report fee of £100.00 applies to each valuation report, plus the relevant item charges detailed below.
Standard Item Charge
£70.00 per regular jewellery item or watch.
Premium Items
Items containing larger diamonds are subject to the following enhanced charges due to the additional examination and reporting required:
£100.00 for items set with diamonds weighing 1.50ct – 2.99ct
£150.00 for diamonds weighing 3.00ct – 3.99ct
£250.00 for diamonds weighing 4.00ct and above
Exceptional Items
Certain highly complex, rare, or exceptional pieces may require additional specialist time and research.
Fee upon assessment (Price on Application).

Home Visits
For clients who prefer the privacy and convenience of a secure home appointment, Heather offers professional in-home valuation services. All visits are conducted with discretion and security as a priority.
